How to Submit a Privacy Request

Verification Process

Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control (GPC) Support:
CandidateHub honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request. If you enable GPC in your browser, we will treat this as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
California's Shine the Light Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (Shine the Light) allows California residents to request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
CandidateHub does not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Therefore, no disclosure is required under this law.
Sensitive Personal Information
CandidateHub minimizes collection of sensitive personal information. The only sensitive data we collect is your account login credentials (username/password), which are used solely for authentication purposes and are encrypted at rest and in transit.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted by the CPRA, which includes service provision and limited necessary business operations.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You can request deletion of your data at any time. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, though some data may be retained for legal or security purposes.
