AI-generated content does not guarantee employment, interviews, or any particular outcome. Hiring decisions depend on many factors beyond the materials we help you create.

Your Data & AI Training
CandidateHub Does NOT Train AI Models on Your Data
Your profile information, CVs, cover letters, and other content remain your property. We never use your personal content to train CandidateHub's own AI models or make it available to train other organizations' models. Your content is processed only to provide services to you.
How Google Uses Your Data
When you use our AI features, your content is processed by Google's Gemini API. According to Google's terms:
- •API requests are not used to train Google's general AI models
- •Data may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring only
- •Processing is governed by Google's Data Processing Terms
